Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and acai powder. Stir until well mixed and the ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Add your favorite mix-ins, such as chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or chocolate chips, and stir until well mixed.
  3. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the popsicle molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
  4. Add the fresh berries on top of the yogurt mixture, pressing them gently into the mixture.
  5. Place the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  6. When you're ready to eat, remove the popsicles from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  7. Run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles, and then gently pull the popsicles out of the molds.
