Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, goji berries, spirulina powder, and maca powder. Process until the mixture is well combined and forms a sticky dough.
  2. Using your hands, roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut to coat evenly.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  4. Once firm, roll the balls in the cacao powder to coat evenly. Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
