HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER ?
Your items are packaged and shipped from our offices in Cambridge, Ontario within 48 hours of the time you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Canadian deliveries take from one to eight business days. Deliveries to the United States take from five to 10 business days. International shipments vary depending on the method of delivery and the destination country; they can take anywhere between two weeks to two months.

Simply let us know via email and we'll contact you as soon as the product has been re-stocked or visit us again in a few days. Be sure to check availability at your local health food store, too!
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN PRODUCTS I PURCHASED ONLINE AT EARTHNOTIONS.CA ?
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. We accept returns on food and juice items that have the original outer seal intact, within 14 days, but shipping costs on all eligible returns are your responsibility. Products that are damaged during shipping or lost, must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We regret that refunds cannot be granted on opened food and juice products unless it is for food safety reasons. Refunds will be credited upon receipt of returned goods.
