Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup acai powder
  • 1/2 cup camu camu powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional mix-ins: chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc.

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the acai powder, camu camu powder, honey, and lemon juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
  3. Add your favorite mix-ins, such as chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or chocolate chips, and stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into lollipop molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
  5. Place the lollipop sticks into the molds and let the lollipops cool and harden completely, about 1-2 hours.
  6. When the lollipops are hardened, carefully remove them from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
  7. When you're ready to eat, remove the lollipops from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  8. Serve the lollipops immediately and enjoy the delicious and healthy flavors of these berry blitz lollipops!
