Ingredients
- 1/2 cup acai powder
- 1/2 cup camu camu powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional mix-ins: chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc.
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the acai powder, camu camu powder, honey, and lemon juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Add your favorite mix-ins, such as chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or chocolate chips, and stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into lollipop molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
- Place the lollipop sticks into the molds and let the lollipops cool and harden completely, about 1-2 hours.
- When the lollipops are hardened, carefully remove them from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
- When you're ready to eat, remove the lollipops from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
