Ingredients
- 1 cup of Sacha Inchi Powder
- 1 cup of Quinoa Flakes
- 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter (creamy)
- 1/4 cup of Honey
- 1/4 cup of Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 cup of Dried Goji Berries
- 1/4 cup of Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup of Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup of Flax Seeds
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sacha inchi powder, quinoa flakes, peanut butter, honey, cacao nibs, goji berries, almonds, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined and a smooth and homogenous dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking pan and press it down evenly with your hands or a spatula.
- Bake the bars in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and set.
- Let the bars cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then slice them into bars or squares.
